About Us
I am based in the centre of Hitchin at the Health Emporium & have a room where I offer Holistic Therapy treatments- I qualified as a Beauty therapist in 1996 & gained a Reiki Master & offer Crystal Therapy. I have also gained Aromatherapy Diploma & Reflexology Diploma.
I aim to treat the mind, Body & Soul. Holistic practise can help to assist the whole body regain physical & energy balances . Holistic Therapy is completely natural and a non- invasive treatment, suitable for all ages.
All therapies are relaxed, helps with stress as well as the following symptoms- muscular aches & Pains, Headaches, Migraines, IBS, Arthritis, PMS, Insomnia, Anxiety & Depression,
