Welcome to our Hitchin Branch
We’re open to help with essential banking
To keep everybody safe, please only visit us in branch if what you need to do is really essential. If it isn’t essential please don’t visit for now. Our branches will open again fully, ready to help you, as soon as it is safe to do so.
At the moment we can only help you with the below transactions in our branches:
Taking out cash that cannot be taken out at a cash machine.
Paying in essential cash or cheques.
Help if you’re in need of extra support or you’re in financial difficulty.
At the moment we can’t help with:
Non-urgent cash withdrawals, deposits, statement requests, managing direct debits, etc.
Non-essential payments – for example paying money into accounts that isn’t to cover payments coming out.
Non-essential meetings.
Banking can also be done at the Post Office and online.
